The studio that thought ahead.
Studio 34 takes the discipline of the smaller studio and adds the one thing most clients ask for once they've spent a few weekends in it: a real WC, properly tiled, with a basin. It's the leap that lets a guest stay overnight, without anyone walking back to the house at 3am.

The room.

Walking through.
The room itself is a metre wider and a metre deeper than the 24. The compact WC sits at the back corner with a pocket door — a tiled 2 m² space with a basin and toilet. The rest is yours: deeper joinery wall, a longer desk, a bigger rug, room to actually pace while you think.
The numbers, plain.
Every dimension here is the actual built dimension, measured on the workshop floor in Athlone before the home leaves for site.

“We thought we needed an office. We use it as a guest suite half the year, an office the other half. It works as both because it doesn't pretend to be either.”
