The frame is built off-site while we secure planning. When we arrive in your garden, the slow work is already done — six on-site weeks, one crew, one price.

Site visit
A walk of your garden with one of our designers. We measure, photograph, listen. You get a one-page brief and a fixed price within 7 days. Free.

Week 1–4
Design + planning
We draw the home for your plot. Once you sign off, we lodge the planning application and handle every back-and-forth with the council.

Off-site
Frame & finish in workshop
Your Nestra is framed and pre-finished in our Athlone workshop while planning is in motion — wall panels, roof cassettes, joinery, services. The slow, careful work happens under one roof, away from the weather.

Week 1
Site prep + foundations
We arrive in your garden. Foundations, services, drainage — laid in the first week with minimal disturbance to the existing planting.
One crew on-site
Week 2
Set down
Your home arrives in pre-built sections on a single morning. By the end of the week it is weather-tight.
1 morning to lift in
Week 3–5
On-site finish
Cladding, glazing, internal joinery, plumbing, electrics, second-fix. Carried out in your garden by the same crew that framed it.
Same crew throughout
Week 6
Snag + keys
Final commissioning, snagging, garden tidy, kettle test. Keys on Friday.
