One room for living in.
The Oak 32 is everything you need to live, in a single open room. Bed at one end, sofa in the middle, kitchenette and a wet room at the other. It's narrow and long — eight metres deep, four wide — which gives it the best of small spaces: every spot has a view of the garden.

Walking through.
You enter into the kitchen end — a galley with a single counter, oven, and sink. The room widens past it into the living space, with a sofa facing the garden through a pair of tall windows. The bed sits at the back, screened by a head-end joinery wall that doubles as a wardrobe. The wet room is tucked into the back corner with a sliding door.
The numbers, plain.
Every dimension here is the actual built dimension, measured on the workshop floor in Athlone before the home leaves for site.

“My mother moved in for what she called a 'try it' week. She's been there three years. She makes her own tea, reads in her own light, and we see her every day.”
